We enjoyed our stay at the Villagio. The room was nicely appointed and maintained. Perfect walking distance to PNC Park for a ballgame. Parking is included which, was a major plus!

Restored victorian mansion is very quaint. Technically there isn't any hotel front desk but the restaurant staffers pitch in. Very nice on site Italian restaurant, along with valet parking. Great neighborhood for cafes and bars and ball games.

Very beautiful place, parking easy, bar fun. Very nice room, just missing a few things in the bath (robe hook, soap dish for the shower, mat on floor of shower (very slippery otherwise), a seat of some kind). Otherwise a terrific stay. Great neighborhood too.

Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless!

We booked this hotel sight-unseen on Expedia, knowing nothing about the property. This was one of the most delightful surprises we've ever encountered while traveling. The decor was stunning, our room was huge, the restaurant was amazing- just everything about it was top notch. From the outside, it's a very unassuming building on a fairly nondescript street, but once you step inside, you're in a time machine that evokes the Gilded Age, in a really good way. I can't say enough good things about the property, the staff, or the owners. Anytime I visit Pittsburgh in the future, this is where I'll stay.

The rooms are gorgeous, very comfortable bed, spacious and inviting sitting room, and I love the old bathroom fixtures. They provide both an electric heater and a fan. The food is quite good, the wine is ok. There's a very nice courtyard which can be noisy if there's a crowd. Someone was smoking frequently somewhere, which filtered into my room, I didn't check into it.

I love staying in boutique hotels with lots of character and the restaurant bar was a great place to grab a bite. My room was very spacious. My only challenge was the curtains were very light weight. I need to sleep in a fully dark room so my sleep wasn’t great and the street noise was non stop.
