The whole property was dirty, smelled like pot and cigarettes. My room had fingerprints on all the surfaces, trash in the trash cans, and smelled like a whole bottle of fabreeze was sprayed instead of actually cleaning it. There was food and trash on the carpet in the hallway. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk and no one answered the phone.

Do not expect a 5-star facility, I look at details, many small things missed or forgotten, cutting corners with trash bags that are half the size of the can and forgotten maintenance items, It definitely is off the beaten path so quiet is not an issue. BUT if you're looking for a room to stay in before your early flight out of PIT it dose fill the bill, Very clean older hotel.

Hotel was aged and it shows. No ice machine and stuck on top floor with open rooms on lower floors. TV reception was horrible and not local info or even channel guide made available. I had the basics, bed, shower, but no real effort towards customer service

Ice machines all broken. You had to go to the lobby and have the clerk get it for you. Pain in the butt (I needed ice for an injury) Hotel needs maintenance will we stay there again? Probably not

I almost turned around. This was a last min decision to stay close to the airport. I’m a woman traveling myself. If you didn’t have a nice woman at the desk I did not feel safe. That table out front is scary to walk by just put it somewhere else. And I wanted my car close to the door when I left at 3am. The back side no way. The desk people can’t see the parking and I’ll never be back

Our First Stay in Pittsburgh, PA.

It was ok for the most part. Our room didn't have a TV remote, but my daughter's room did, and my mom's room did. I wasn't really worried about that, because I'm on my phone before I actually go to sleep. Didn't watch the TV at all. There were signs that said "Ice & Vending" and there was nothing but a broken ice machine from the 80's. Besides that, our stay was good, and I would stay there again.

The bathroom floor had hair all over it. We go to bed and there are dried blood stains on the sheets. We were moved to another room and the bathroom floor was just as dirty and the bath tub faucet leaked all night. Unacceptable.
