Believe all the bad reviews. You can do so much better than this hotel. Beyond just being dated, I found food, contact lenses, and a set of keys under my bed. The mattresses and pillows are old. It smells. It's wet. The pool area is filthy.The paint is peeling. Mold everywhere. I contacted the hotel more than once to try to resolve such an unpleasant stay but they have no interest in either retaining past guests or renovating the property. You can expect the same canned response that I will get for this review. The location seems nice, but there are tons of other hotels nearby that are much nicer and, well, have more interest in retaining business than the Wyndham.

Only if you have to stay here.

Be wary of staying here. Only certain floors are updated and others are not. Our fridge didn’t work and the coffee maker was disgusting. The wallpaper is peeling and the beds are not comfortable. I was informed that I booked through a third party, so to make sure I knew the full payment would be taken when I checked in. I knew that. It was a rude delivery. It is valet parking only and that can take up to 15 minutes. It is a nice walk to everything downtown but I will be staying in my usual hotel next year. I love Pittsburgh and won’t let this destroy my trip.
