The staff was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Howere, the hotel could use a face-lift. In the room, wallpaper was peelingall around the edges, bubbles in many areas, vent in bathroom didnt work (my friends room as well). The entry way into the room was crowded with dresser closet, next to it was fridge inside a small cabinet, leaving a small entry. Pillows were small and flat.Ac struggled to cool room down and would run for hours with not much circulation. But the room was clean. They dont offer daily housekeeping, unless requested. Parking is so expensive, but worth the hassel. Valet deserves a raise. The restaurant was clean and updated with very friendly and speedy staff. We picked the place because it was walking distance to the stadium. Great place but needs a little lift.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We are big Steelers fans. Everything was great except for the valet parking. It was a disaster on arrival and departure. Over an hour standing at the curb waiting for our vehicle, along with 50+ other people. Not enough people. Not a good system.

The breakfast buffet was terrible. We ate there twice end both times all the food was cold. Definitely not worth $40 for 2 people. The staff was short so we didn’t even try to order off the menu the second day and still had to wait 15 minutes to get a check. Will definitely find somewhere else to eat if we stay there again.

My only complaint about my stay is that there are no vending machines. We had to walk to the bodega a few blocks away at 10 p.m. just to get drinks and snacks. They have a café and coffee shop downstairs, which is great in the morning, but once it closes, there’s nothing available.

We got to the front desk about 40 minutes before checkin time. The clerk said they were cleaning it and they took my number to call when it was ready. They never called… I had to go back to the desk an hour later and never got any excuse or apology. I also got no information about the hotel property. Valet also took an hour to get our car the morning after a Sunday night Steelers game. Very walkable to the stadium and market square!
