Great breakfast!

I love that this hotel includes hot and cold breakfast choices. Today, there were scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast. Four types of juice. Also snacks in convenience center, and some frozen entrees on hand!

Staff was very friendly and extremely efficient! Hotel is ok, good enough to stay for one night to see a Tanglewood show. Property has a nice lawn & parking. Diner is only thing in walking distance, but there is absolutely beautiful nature close by, a solid dive bar in Pittsfield (Bei Tempi), and downtown Lenox is maybe a 10 minute drive.

I stayed at this hotel last summer, and I was happy to come back. The front desk staff are very nice. They have convenience items available near the front desk, as well as regular and frozen foods. Full breakfast is served 6:30 - 9:30 am, and it's a feature I look for.

We checked in and found dirty towels and used coffee pods in the room. We had to ask three times over two days to get clean towels and coffee pods. Staff was inconsistent…some were accommodating while others were dismissive. Would not stay here again.

Property is in need of spiffing up and deep cleaning, particularly carpets. wall paper peeling around air conditioner, mold present. Dust on lamps and on main ice machine. Open dumpster outside our window. Mold in bottom of room ice container issues with sink stopper. The three issues we submitted to management were promptly addressed. Liked the quiet and proximity to Tanglewood. Overpriced for value.
