Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Seen!!
This was the worst room I have ever seen! I stayed for only 15 minutes and booked somewhere else. The photos on Hotels.com are completely inaccurate, I would checkout room 214! I tried to reach Hotels.com customer service for a refund, but was on hold for over 2 hours before I had to leave! I should get a refund for this type of false advertisement! The building was even locked when I first got there, the lobby has been completely cleaned out, it actually looks like it has been shutdown.

Ordered non smoking room, but instead got a room with a strong smell of smoke. When asked for another room, they said, they don’t have one. Bed sheets and towels were clean, but the room itself was not cleaned for quite awhile. Next time will look somewhere else.

Stained carpet. Room had visible scuffs & marks on walls, needed repainting. No lightswitch at door, needed to turn on nightable lights. Other light didn’t work. Front office locked at 7:30 pm when I arrived, suggesting unsafe area.

Worst experience ever the owner were completely rude they were never in the lobby attending to guests when needed they had there children running in the lobby like a playground they threatened us multiple times to kick us out because we “been starting problems” when even the maintenance man himself we have given no problems at all whatsoever he even told us the owners have kicked out multiple people before for no reason at all stay away from here at all costs the the male owner (indian guy) even got in my girls face and screamed at her to (get the F out) all because we asked for money back so we can book on expedia because we found a cheaper price

I traveled almost 8 hours and when I got there-no cars in parking lot and a sign on the door with a phone number no one answered. I was there for my daughters wedding near by and now no where to sleep. Expedia made it look great and mis lead me completely. What a horrible experience

It’s a motel at hotels pricing,
Room was okay, clean sheets but stained comforter, clean floors but spiders in each corner, clean bathroom but paper then walls. It was okay for a bed late at not but don’t stay here any longer than that on a weekend as traffic is loud and can be heard late into the night.

It took more than 15 minutes of running water to get hot water. The reception desk isn't staffed. While the room was decent, the overall property is poorly maintained, with cracked cement, unavailable staff that has difficulty with English, no locks on the hallway doors that open to the outside, and more.

Room was nice but the shower curtain was hung too high and didn't cove the top of the tub so water was all over the floor. The toilet in my room didn't flush, not clogged but seemed like no water in the tank. I went to tell them at the front desk, but they wouldn't let me in so they got a surprise.
