This property advertises itself as a "luxury boutique" hotel. It was neither. The bathroom floor was dirty and not cleaned in spite of my request. Bath towels were tattered and worn; shower tiles had black mildew patches. We had only two beach towels for two guests and were denied others when I requested them. I had to insist I be given more than two towels after my repeated requests for towels at a beach resort were denied. There was no evidence of a manger. There wasn't anything hanging on the white walls of the guest room, while the small lobby had three large matching abstract canvases spray painted in red paint. The interiors were drab though very white. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Outdoor seating banquettes at restaurant were rotted and did not support our sitting on them. Restaurant staff were friendly. In summary, we felt this was an unmanaged, disappointing hotel that was too costly for the accommodations and service offered.
