I loved our stay here, the staff was great, they have the shower stuff that sticks to the wall so I suggest bringing your own amenities cause they dispense a very minuscule amount other than that my family really enjoyed our stay

My wife and kids were bitten by insects during the night. I went to the front desk at 4 PM to request clean sheets. The staff was helpful to bring the clean set to me; yet he didn’t apologize for our situation. Instead, they mentioned that they had never encountered a similar complaint and suggested I check online reviews. We canceled the second night and moved to the Marriott. Everything was set, and the kids were happy again

The reviews were at excellent levels for this hotel and in reality it was only mediocre. I stayed ine night with my daughters the staff eas kind but the room was outdated and what really upset me was there was not one drop of shampoo conditioner or body wash in the containers in the shower so my kids took showers with just water. Ive never had that happen at a hotel. The area isnt the nicest but it was ok.. Everything was just ok... I would rate this hotel a 6 not a 10.
