We had an unplanned 2-night stop here because the Donner pass was closed. Can't say enough about this place: very clean, a reasonably-priced and tasty breakfast and, to a person, a very cheerful and helpful staff that kept us informed of road conditions, local knowledge and did everything they could to help us make the best of things.

Well there was nothing memorable about our stay. Everything was just right. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, functioning heater, decent fitness center, breakfast perfectly adequate for me, and parking right in front. The sound travels a bit too well from the hallway to the room, but otherwise there's really nothing to report.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a good size. It looks the hotel has been refurbished recently. They had a standard breakfast but also had a omelette bar. The place is like a maze, the elevator is in a weird location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was not great, but upon checking out I found out I could have asked for a mattress topper. Will remember that for next time!
