Location was key as this was a 5 min drive to my event. This was very easy to get to as it was close to freeway but not too close to hear the noise. The room was clean and spacious. The hallway had a faint scent of cigarette smoke like if someone was smoking right outside the door and the smoke got sucked into the hotel hallway. But there was none of that in the room which is the most important part. They have a filtered water bottle dispenser in the hall next to their ice machine, a big plus! I'd stay here again for sure.

It was easy access to roads and highways. Starbucks across the street was awesome. The parking was a small kinda difficult to maneuver. No elevators so had to carry everthing upstairs 3 floors.

Didn’t match the website at all, pillows, and linen on the bed were very cheap and thin, mattress was the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel and I’ve stayed at a lot of different places

Don’t believe the photos and reviews! This place is janky. Walls showed spills from who knows how long ago that were never cleaned. The door to my room showed signs of attempts to break in. Cheap vinyl flooring was warped from water damage. I would not be surprised if there were cameras in the room somewhere. I will never go there again.

The staff was friendly. Disappointed in the room. We had to ask staff for pillows and for towels. The shower wasn't a tub, it was a flat floor, assuming for disabled people to access, which is great and all but the water from the shower flooded the bathroom and out into the room. I really wouldn't recommend, but I guess you get what you pay for. $83.00 including tax on a Wednesday night to Thursday morning rate.

My room was clean, but the bed and pillows were hard as a rocks, shower had mold on rubber door seal. Stairways were filthy. The sink was cracked, the faucet felt like it was going to fall off when turned on and off. The toilet lid was pushed forward due to the tank lid curving out so it caused you to sit funny. Staff member who checked me in was an old classmate, he provided excellent customer service. Parking lot clean and well lit. It was a very peaceful stay. Auburn is my home town and I would probably stay here again due to the price.
