Front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. Room was basic and had issues. Couldn't turn the AC on because it was rattling so much. Take a shower and the tub fills because the drain is half clogged. Can hear everything from other rooms near you, so enjoy getting woken up.

The heating .made loud noises waking me up in the middle of the night, we also had a shower that was clogged. The breakfast was the best and the hotel was very clean and modern and high class besides the two issues.

All-in-all a nice stay
The entry area for the hotel was dramatic with a very high ceiling which had stepped windows and beautiful cylinder lights (plus a huge lit metal "dragon"). Everything was comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was located conveniently near the family we were visiting. The only odd thing was the way the hotel rooms were numbered. There were even numbered rooms down one hallway and the odd numbered room down another hallway which was down a different hallway a distance away. The directions she gave at the desk and the signs on the wall didn't help. They should have given us a "room map". This hotel may have been remodeled from an original design with outside stairs leading covered walkways along two sides of the building...(??)

I enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process was super quick. The lobby was nice and clean and decorated for Halloween which was very nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, small but very convenient . The room walls are very thin so you will hear everything and everyone. That’s the only thing I would say to be aware of. But besides that I enjoyed my stay here.
