The hallway had a nauseating odor of fried food. My room also smelled of stale smoke. I had to buy air freshener to sleep in the room. Pillows were very old and the cases and sheets were frayed. I had stayed at this hotel in 2023 and it was a completely different experience. Such a disappointment and waste of money to stay there for a week under the these deteriorated conditions.

I did not stay after looking over my room. The room was filthy. Mattress cover stained. Filth all over the refrigerator and sticky microwave door. Dirty phone. Crumbs and dirt in closet. Bathroom toilet not clean. Was shown second room along with staff and found same condition. Money refunded but horribly inconvenienced trying to find another hotel at last minute.

We have stayed at this hotel several times with premium room & 2 hour early check in. Normally not an issue. Although slightly early,staff said room will be ready in 20 minutes so we stayed around lobby. After 20 they told us another half hour, so we waited again. After a half hour, they then told us not before 3 pm which was another 45 minutes later. Instead of telling us initially you can’t check in before 3 we would have made other plans. I went by the room several times and did not see a cleaning lady as it is the same room we stay in each time. We felt that we were being played with as we knew the room was ready. They also knew where we were waiting so at anytime they could have come to see us to say your room is ready now. Our early check in was at 2 pm so they didn’t even respect that and the hotel was not busy. All that to say we were highly disappointed as we were recurring clients. This was unacceptable, and will most likely never return due to the lack of hospitality

Booked with Best Western plus based on friends recommendations for the ability to park a towed bass boat next to our room. Called and discussed, noted on reservation, yet no rooms were available upon arrival. Desk clerk was polite but really could care less based her responses. Ruled out staying again on the next trip.

No fuss one night stay

One night stop en route to Montreal. Clean room, a bit too dark. Not soundproof; as guest next door was watching TV past midnight, we had to use earplugs. Pool - not tested - looks amazing. Breakfast options are fair.
