Great first and second stay

We had a great time. Room was spotless and staff were nice. This is our second family trip here for several nights. We will likely be back a third time in the future.

Plattsburg was central to all the areas i traveled to for hiking and waterfalls. One really unexpected waterfall, Highfalls, it was a great little hike no really far but the falls were accessible.

The hotel was clean, walking in and the air conditioning system didn’t seem to work in the lobby and eating area, it was a little uncomfortable to enjoy breakfast. Good thing the air was working in the bedroom. Besides that a great stay.

The pool was green they only had 1 operational elevator we had to switch rooms because the television didn't have all channels didn't work my wife's sister came by to visit and because she had a service dog they told her to leave.

The air conditioning was not functioning in the lobby, which was very uncomfortable and having breakfast at the breakfast. They lacked bowls for cereal. Also, when getting ready to shower, there’s three of us in the room and there were only two washcloths we ask for more washcloths and they didn’t have any available until later in the day. Considering this is a Marriott facility the experience was way under our expectations of a typical facility

Half of window curtains missing & took multiple calls and talks with front desk to get fixed. Shower floor was cracked with a lot of calk fixes - in a handicapped room. Breakfast not very good.
