This hotel has gone downhill. There were numerous people standing around, smoking weed in the parking lot and the lobby itself reeked of weed in spite of it being a nonsmoking facility. The clerk seemed high too. The breakfast area was dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and my bed was a mess even after the cleaners came through.

This hotel was great. The heated pool and hot tub were open early and closed late. The kids had a ball in that area where there was chairs and tables. We got Little Cesars pizza accross the street and ate at the pool. Breakfast was great..waffles, bacon, eggs, yogurt, cereal and much more. The place is being renovated, and the shower needs work...cant take a bath there..but it was a great price and worth it! The Champlain mall.is 8 min walk away, Walmart, Applebee's, and more is 5 min drive. We felt safe there and the staff were very nice.

L’endroit est parfait car l’hôtel est proche de tout! C’est un peu vieux mais c’est propre et le déjeuner est parfait! Bacon saucisse, œuf brouiller, yougourt bref il ne manque rien!! le spa est incroyable et la piscine est chauffée!!

I had a horrible night's sleep due to poor quality of pillows and unable to regulate the heat. The couch, chairs and curtains were stained. The room smelled of disinfectant. One could tell that the wrong cleaning product was used on the furniture as it was stripped. Will stay somewhere else next time.

In all fairness, this site is under construction for updates. Taking that into consideration, there are definitely areas that need these updates, but the hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly! Amenities include a pool and a hot tub that my kids used. It's in a greenhouse setting. The kids played in the pool for a bit but they said it was cold. They did warm up in a hot tub that took us a bit to figure out how to work (hope the updates include the pool area). They serve breakfast daily. The kids enjoyed cereal. There is a waffle maker, different hot breakfast items, muffins, coffee and teas and more in a cozy dining setting. We stayed on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. It was quiet. Dated decor but clean. The rooms themselves (we used 3) were also clean and very warm! The heaters were set to 70 but the rooms were much warmer. I was able to reset 2 to auto and one I reset to 63 to being the heat down. (Thankfully it wasn't the opposite, not heating, so it was something we could work with). The information said they provide transportation to and from the airport, bus station, etc. My brother needed to use this to get back to the airport. He didn't realize until they were on their way that this was an additional charge. It was $20 which isn't bad, but it would have been nice if they had mentioned this on their info as being additional or when he had inquired at the front desk.

They are always very nice here. Pool could be a little warmer..lol Unfortunately parents don't watch their children and the pool area was nosy and kids jumping in and out. Kid
