They hotel is run down and dirty. I left a full day early let the staff know and Expedia the reason and conditions and to no avail have they contacted me back. They cleaners didn’t change sheets nor cleaned the room nor vacuumed. It smelled like mold. Never again will I book through Expedia. Do not goto this hotel

Rooms were okay. Bathroom is very small for a “King Suit”. The carpet was not the cleanest had stains on it. The pool and spa were “closed”. Prior to checking out there was a Beetle of some sort in our room. Not a terrible stay but wouldn’t stay again.

Wow, the hotel was relatively clean, I did have an issue with security. In the middle of the night, at 11 PM, someone attempted to open my door. I had the hook on the door, otherwise someone would have been able to open it. I tried to call front desk, but no one picked up. I immediately remembered that I had a personal doorstop in my bag so I put that in and turned on all the lights whoever it was left. I spoke to management the next morning and while they reimburse me for the night, no attention to security was given otherwise.

Locked out of my Room after returning from dinner. Key card wouldn't work. Front desk couldn't open the door either! They said it was locked from the inside!!! I told them to call the police since I was traveling alone. They refused because it was "too late". All my clothes, toiletries and medication locked inside. They kindly provided another room for the night. I didn't get into my room until housekeeping started their rounds in the morning. Once opened, room was empty, nothing was taken and everything was exactly as it was before I went to dinner. Super scary and Completely unacceptable!
