These rooms look much better online. Definitely not worth what I paid. The ac didn’t work in one of my rooms, they said they didn’t have another room. I’m pregnant and woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and a roach was crawling on my sink with all my makeup. One plus was my son left his passport and they kept it for us to pick up later in our trip. Staff was friendly and central location is all they have good.

This resort truly delivers exceptional customer service. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The food was delicious, the pool was spotless, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for families. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered beautiful views, cozy beds, and a great selection of TV channels—everything you could ask for. The location is another huge advantage, as it's conveniently close to everything, making it an excellent choice for any vacation. We will definitely be returning because we absolutely fell in love with this resort. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. You are all wonderful, and we can't wait to come back!

The room was clean and comfortable but not what expected with amenities. There’s a pool that smells so strong of Clorox. You are made to sign for towels if you plan on taking to the beach. There’s no beach club anymore; only reason I picked the place. I also expected a Brisas experience but don’t expect that at this location.

Everything was perfect! AC worked great. Loved everything. Super close to the main attractions.
