Clean city hotel close to the airport

I have to rate this place as excellent as it had exactly what we were after and met all of our needs. We arrived on a late flight so we stayed here purely for convenience before heading to our resort the next day. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and was near plenty of amenities with easy access to Palma. We had a family room with separate bedroom which was perfect for travelling with two young children. The breakfast was good enough for what we needed. There’s a taxi rank outside and it’s walking distance to the marina and beach which looked lovely although we did not stay around to explore this part of Palma. We would stay here gain if arriving on a late flight.

Poor check in experience. We arrived late and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge us when we arrived, we had to stand there and wait for a few minutes while he voice messaged a text message on his personal cell phone. Once he finally acknowledged our presence he did not engage and was dismissive of us. The room was very basic albeit clean enough, bathroom very small with no soap for hands or body. Breakfast in the morning was nice.

Very good value hotel which is close to shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly (especially Sidney) and there is a good choice at breakfast. Easy to get from the airport to the hotel using the airport bus and also easy to get a bus into Palma. Spent 2 nights here and would be happy to return.

Palma Stay

The hotel was in a great location close to the beach and shops easy to walk everywhere. Close to bus stop A2 to and from the airport, the only think was their wifi was slow.
