The staff were helpful and friendly, the check-in was smooth. However, the property doesn’t worth the price we paid, the bed was uncomfortable, the furniture and shower were old. For a people who taking a car, it was quite hard to find a parking area.

Good dining options around the property, walking distance to the beach as it's a few metres away and close to the bus stop to go to the airport. On the other hand, it was a small room but it had all we needed for 1 night in el Arenal.

Not very quiet area but feel pretty safe, other everything was very good organised, I could find parking every night, very clean, good room service, easy and modern self checkin at any time impossible not get in your room

For the price, the stay is great. Has all the basic things and is clean, we had an outdoor space too which is great especially for the Space. The staff/owners seem lovely however it is staffed certain hours a day just an fyi. The location is hmm interesting, seems to be a very busy spot but for me personally I wouldn’t stay in the area again. Dirty and trashy, close to main road with beaches and bars etc but all the food places nearby are terrible. The only ick we had ( 3 night stay ) was the rooms aren’t cleaned properly while you are there? They say they do daily room service but all they did was make the bed… they didn’t even provide daily fresh towels which is a bit poor. Overall, for price food stay for the accomodation but they need to work on their room servicing.

Easy check-in and checkout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the beach and plenty of little supermarkets around. Was only there for two nights but would use again. If you have a car parking can be a bit of a nightmare

I can only recommend this place and I would stay there again without hesitation. We came after the front desk had closed. It's only manned from 9-2pm. However, it was easy to check in and get our key. The room was as described. The location was a 5 minute walk, maybe, to the sand beach. There were little supermarkets on every corner. It was convenient to the busses that we needed to ride into Palma and to get from and to the airport. Marcos (front desk manager) was very friendly. I asked about local restaurants and food. We ate breakfast every morning at a little place where I am sure we were the only tourists. It gave me time to practice my limited Spanish. He recommended specific restaurants for specific kinds of dishes. We ate at 3 of them and they were great.
