On the day of leaving, Hotel proposed us to use all facilities (except staying late in the room, as it was already booked), SPA, Pool etc.

The hotel was great and the staff amazing. We were welcome with a glass of wine and a full bottle in our room. The pool and view were really nice. We will be back.

Everything was great, the food was great pool and bars excellent, staff were very helpful and approachable. A few minor niggles though: 1) a five star hotel should mob the tile floors in room each day feet were very dirty when walking barefoot had to wear the free slippers. 2) a five star hotel should clean the cups and glasses used by the guests each day 3) a five star hotel should replenish tea bags toiletries etc each day when used

We are gold members and we're not offered a wine bottle or a free upgrade that was available when I asked but they wanted me to pay. Air conditioning was not working room temp was 27. They did come and fix it. The restaurant staff were fantastic and polite.some of the Front desk staff seemed a bit stamdoffish. Nice hotel and nice pools.

Hotel was nice enough but definitely not a 5 star hotel. Had a lovely pool area and rooftop pool + bar, but breakfast wasn’t good quality and food across the hotel wasn’t great. Staff were nice but service level definitely wasn’t to 5* standard that I’ve had in other places on the island.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Lots of pools to choose from, and a great rooftop pool with bar. The food was excellent - we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Close to the airport which is a big advantage. Would highly recommend!

great value out of season
my 9 year old daughter and I got a great value half-board package, staff were friendly, food was 4.5, steam room and indoor pool very nice, rooms very nice, just my daughter said that the mattress was a bit hard

Ok but not a 5* Hotel
The staff is very friendly! But for me it isn’t a 5* Hotel - max 4*. The bathroom is not clean in the corners, the furniture has heavy signs of use. The bed is confortable as well as the pillows. The food is good espacially the breakfast! A big minus - we had the room where the sun is shining all day through the window and therefore it was to hot in the room as the air conditioner was not working due to the regulation of the hotel!
