Nice and clean environment.View is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Pool area is fantastic.Local amenities present with plenty of restaurants around. A small tourist train will take you to explore the coastline and places to eat. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay and made the best of it. The hotel is in a great location, many food locations nearby, airport nearby, and the pools are great. Check in was great, we got in earlier so we had to wait till the rooms were ready. They held our bags and we went to explore and then sit at the pool. Rooms were nice. My main issues were AC was not strong enough. It was not blowing cold air and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, encountered some ants and bugs in the room and on bed. Honestly it doesn't bother me much but believe that is due to the humidity in the room since the AC was not ideal. Also, in order to get in the shower, we had to climb over the toilet. Not ideal. Lastly the bed sheets, mainly the blanket was not comfortable and very itchy. Between that and the humidity, sleeping was rough. Breakfast was nice but they start closing before 1030 so make sure you are early. Overall, would I stay again? Yes, however, I may look for another hotel to see if there is a better one since it's very competitive out there.

Ok. Mallorca also just ok.

Convenient. Staff friendly but won’t go out of their way (at least not for me) give you extra (I asked for water in my last night and was told to go the bar or the supermarket at 10p). And it was a “VIP” hotels.com hotel but never received the “complimentary bottle of wine.

THE HOTELROOM AND BALCONY. WE HAD THE ROOM SPRAYED TWICE BY SOMEOE FROM HOUSEKEEPING WHICH TH VERY INCOMPITENT DIREKTO DENIED HAPPEN ALTHOUH WE DESCRIBED THE LADY THAT CAME. HE WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPT THAT WE HAD HAD A PROBLEM . ACTUALLY ACCUSED US OF LYING. THERE WERE ANTS ALL ALON TWO WALLS IN THE ROOM AS WELL AS ON THE BALCONY. FOOD WAS VERY POOR AND TASTELESS IN THE HOTELL, SERVICE WAS AVERAGE. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

The hotel was fantastic. My room on 6th floor was very spacious, clean with wonderful views from the balcony. It’s 5mins from the airport. Very safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. A Spar is 5 feet from the front door for you to purchase drinks + food. The pools are incredible with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast has plenty to offer as does dinner. Staff are incredibly friendly & always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here & looking forward to going back.

Nice hotel, good location. Much further from the city centre, not walkable & a decent cab fair over. Overall nice hotel with a great surrounding area! Plenty of restaurant and nice beach in front of the property.
