The hotel was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and spacious. I saw previous reviews complain about the loud music from the clubs in the area, we only heard loud music one night, but it didn’t prevent us from going to sleep.

Excellent location. Close to great restaurants, rooftop bars, the bus station and the ferry terminal. The service at the hotel was great, pool was enjoyable, and the bartender Pavel was an incredible host. I would recommend staying here if you're looking to spend some time in Playa del Carmen.

Very convenient location. Staff is very helpful and polite. The facilities are beautiful and close to the beach and the Main Street but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. We will come back.

The property is conveniently situated close to the beach, shops and main streets. The hotel is clean, a little outdated with some furniture but it has been kept nicely. The staff is very nice and we really appreciated the underground gated parking since we got a car rental. The area is closely monitored by local enforcement and my family never felt unsafe. There is construction going on across the street but it wasn’t noisy. Overall, it was a great stay at a very pleasant price!

The property is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who works at the side exit on 6th. It has a beautiful rooftop area with lots of seating, clean bathrooms, and a nice view.
