employee took airpods

great value and location. my only complaint is i left my airpods in the room along with a charging block and cord. since im able to track my airpods, when i couldn’t find them a couple of hours after leaving the hotel i found out that they are in a neighborhood in Cancun. obviously an employee grabbed them and took them home rather than waiting to see if they were reported missing.

Upon arrival in the room,we noticed an overpowering bleach smell along with a mold smell. We looked around and there was mold along the bathroom and closet walls. We decided then and there to go find another hotel.

Falta de personal afectó la estancia

Tardaron en tener la habitación lista más de una hora después de la del check in que por falta de personal y me pidieron que esperara. Sin embargo no me dieron tolerancia de los 15 min que pedí para el check out. El acceso a la habitación era por una escalera que estuvo todo el día bloqueada por una manguera grande que tuvimos que estar esquivando para subir y bajar. Estaban haciendo trabajos de remodelación y el ruido era estruendoso desde temprano. No hay buena recepción de redes telefónicas ni internet portátil, el wifi no funciona y eso fue un problema porque trabajo de forma remota. Si buscan desconectarse del mundo, es el lugar ideal.

CUCARACHAS!!! Reservé por dos noches, de inicio la atención fue cortes, sin embargo al día siguiente de haber llegado había cucarachas saliendo del closet, al revisar debajo de la cama había un nivel se suciedad impresionante al grado de que se encontraban pertenencias de huéspedes anteriores, reporté la situación y al acudir de recepción ya había una cucaracha junto a mis cosas, el encargado solo la piso y roció un poco de insecticida, comentó que darían solución inmediata pero eso no ocurrió, lo que genera una estancia muy desagradable, nadie quiere dormir entre cucarachas.

Todo está muy bien, ubicación, lugar, y el costo es muy accesible! Está justo en la quita avenida y cerquita de la playa. Está seguro y los chicos de la recepción siempre fueron muy amigables y amables. A excepción del ruido que hacen porque están en remodelación.
