Very nice hotel , clean, 2 minutes walk from the 5th avenue, staff very helpful. Specially Javier who help me several times. Near the beach as well and many restaurants by walking distance. Front room with balcony can be a little bit noisy at night depending of what ambiance you are looking for. Nice pool as well.

Staff is Fantastic!!!!! A Whoever manages this hotel in on top of it ! Only negative is that the hotel is going to need a little updating in the future. Salt air is starting to show it’s abuse on everything!

Very nice stay for 2 nights. 5-10 minutes walk to supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. The room does not have fridge and microwave.

English: I do not recommend this hotel at all. From the start, the room smelled of mold, the shower had almost no water pressure, and on the second night, there was no hot water at all. The hotel staff had no solution for us, and we had to shower in freezing water. we found that the food quality was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel, and we will not return. There are plenty of other places with much better service and maintenance standards! Español: No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Desde el principio, la habitación olía a moho, la ducha tenía muy poca presión de agua y, en la segunda noche, no había agua caliente. El personal del hotel no tenía ninguna solución para nosotros, y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua helada. Después de exigir una compensación o reembolso, nos ofrecieron un desayuno gratuito, pero incluso ahí descubrimos que la calidad de la comida era muy baja. No lo recomiendo y no volveremos. ¡Hay muchos otros lugares con estándares de servicio y mantenimiento mucho más altos!

I liked the location. It was one block away from 5a avenida. Everything was walking distance. The hotel was clean. The pool on the roof top was nice. I did notice the waiting room was hot. It felt like thay didn't have the AC on. They had fans next to the front check-in desk for the poor employees. When got the room it was also hot. The AC was off, and it kept turning off. There was a sewer smell in the rooms. Other than that it was ok.
