The service was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding. Our server most of the time was Walter. He gave us tips for places to go and how to get there easier. We felt welcomed and appreciated. All the staff at the restaurant La Cocina was wonderful.

HORRIBLE! Went on a honeymoon trip expecting top notch rooms but no. You get holiday inn vibes. the view from the lobby is amazing. other than that it is horrible! We also had a 12 hour RAVE during our stay which was NOT announced anywhere. Also DAILY 11am to 7pm EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC due to a beach party club under our hotel. I requested a refund and got nothing! Hotels.com would blame Hyatt and Hyatt would blame Hotels.com, all I was offered was a 100 dollar voucher for another stay. Overall 0 stars!

This was an incredible beach vacation. I was solo which was great. The room and hotel grounds are gorgeous. I love that everything was spacious and the central air and heating in my room with a digital thermostat and Comcast tv. The beach and pool are the most beautiful and largest on this strip. The hotel is nestled in the downtown area so you can eat, drink or shop just steps away from the hotel. Because of this the hotel is not all inclusive and it doesn’t need to be. To go to a near by all inclusive would be a downgrade, especially beach and pool wise. The spa was awesome and very peaceful. The best part though was the staff. From Carlos the very gracious concierge to my favourite bartenders Mary, Yair, Adrian, Jaidy, Daniel and Johnny. The supervisor and trainee America and Sara. The excursion specialists Victor and crew. The expert house keeping staff and professional security and life guards all keeping everyone safe and secure. To address some other reviews, it’s not that loud. Yes there’s music on the beach, yes you can still hear the ocean. This place cleans the sea weed daily so it’s the best section of beach with no rocks. The views from the lobby, pools and bars are breathtaking. The place was very well maintained. I did not have an all included package and was treated like gold. I didn’t feel that I missed out on any service or amenities. I was well taken care of. The initial arrival sales pitch is annoying but didn’t ruin my day. Thanks guys :) I’ll be back!!!

It was a oasis away from reality. We got to celebrate my wifes birthday with beautiful scenery and delcious food. The calm yet exciting pool scene was a real motivator to wakeup in the morning. Having our room lead out to a private pool gave us zen vibes.
