I wouldn't give more than three stars. Empty bars, and you have to stand in line everywhere! The buffet selection is very poor. Restaurants are just a name. I ordered a steak at a restaurant and they brought me a thin one, like at a buffet). I have a lot of experience traveling, but this is the first time I've encountered this 😞 I paid for transportation from the airport and back. They brought me to the hotel but couldn't find a car back. I had to go to the airport at my own expense. It's 70 us$. The company is called BDExspirience. I don't recommend it to anyone.

food was not good at all only ones decent are some reserved restaurants which is only for dinner . they have 4 buffets none are good.Especially the ones in the family area, the food are usually stale. They always ran out of chicken nuggets, which is usually what most kids would eat. Besides that they had hotdogs and burgers for kids. The adults selection was really not great at all.

Staff was lovely. Resort was clean especially for how big it is. Seems a very family friendly place, no adults only pools that we saw. Food was mid range, pretty bland and greasy but again for how many people were there were it was fine. Not a bad stay but probably not for me again.

We loved this resort!! We will definitely be back with our kids. Food was awesome. Service was awesome. Beach was alright, but it’s Mexico, not Cuba so we expected the waves everyday. Rooms were great, pool was massive, not super warm but we went in January which is there winter. Drinks were good, lots of things to do on the resort. We will absolutely be back.

Amazing place to be!

The facilities are amazing. Check in went really smooth. Drink selection are bars is awesome too. They should add more vegetarian items to menu particularly Indian cuisine.

The Sunset Princess was great. Very large property so lots of walking. Large beach with lots of seating. I like quiet, however everything shut down too early. Restaurants were closed down and you have to be organized to get reservations, because you can only do 2 days at a time...overall, we would recommend this resort. We had a great time.

This was our second visit. The property is very nice but there is significant maintenance on the grounds which is noisy at times. The A/C in our room did not function properly, but the fan and cool weather was comfortable. The food options are vast. Some of the service could be better
