No vegetarian food options and management need to add some Indian vegetarian foods. During my visit there was no food available for my family. It was bad service. Very bad experience it was a terrible unforgettable trip. Very important note think twice before booking to this resort especially if you are an Indian family. Vegetarian Indians, make sure to think before you book with this resort.

It was a good trip overall food , drinks staff were excellent . Beach was not good very rocky and there was a huge smell in the ocean. Rooms and bathrooms had the same smell all around the resort. There were a couple of areas which was fixed with sands so you see all people used that specific area to swim so very busy . If you are going there for the ocean or the beach this is not for you . Other problem is the beach chairs . There is not enough beach chairs , we end up using Chill out lounge paying extra . I have to say staff are very helpful and di their best to make visitors happy .

Great property and experience. Extremely clean facilities, lots to do, and plenty of pool and beach seating. Our only complaint is that the buffet food was mediocre and a la carte reservations were difficult to get. The two a la carte restaurants we tried were both very good. Would recommend to families or people not seeking and adult-only experience. The rooms blocks are adult-only but dining, pool and beach are shared.

The property has a variety of options in as far as activities for kids (although very lacking in options for teenagers between ages 12-16yrs), and also wide variety of cuisines and snacks at all times of the day. Although, the quality of food left a bit to be desired. Drinks, too, were not premium alcohol as described.

This is a beautifully landscaped resort with so many amazing food and pool options. Tons of wildlife to see, but they don’t bother you at all, just go about their business walking around. Staff is very helpful and everything was very clean and comfortable.

I really lucked out with this all inclusive resort. When I first booked the trip I couldn't believe how good the price was for an individual. It's usually higher for a Solo traveler but it was actually less expensive here. The rooms are well kept. The bathroom had a sunken tub. The bathroom was much larger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in. There was a sofa and a dining area along with the queen size bed. There was a large balcony with a bar to hang wet clothes. My view from The balcony was all palm trees and jungle but it was very nice. The staff was very kind. The guy that restocked the mini bar was a superstar. I started leaving him tips after the second day he was so good. Housekeepers offered to clean the room every day though I didn't really require that. The hostess at the buffet was pleasant everyday and greeted me. She even got me in one day when they were taking their lunch break. Really sweet girl. Kind of spread out so there's a lot of walking to be done. If you're handicapped or older this might be a challenge for you. Several pools. Beach was a little bit crowded but nice overall. I had a great time for the 5 days I was there. I would certainly return and I would highly recommend. Some of the rooms even have swim up entrances.

To start the only good thing about this property was the ROOM! The food is very bland and below average. We had to pay an additional $650 once we got there to add a person to a room already booked. They don’t give you a map of the resort which is hugeeeee and inconvenient. It’s definitely a resort for more of the older crowds a families with toddlers/kids. The drinks are all watered down. Restaurants are hard to book because they’re usually full before you get a chance to book. Staff isn’t as helpful and literally don’t care unless you’re a premium guest. Overall id honestly rate the stay a 0/5 if I could. Definitely overhyped!

Food was cold and not Latino Authentic. Platanos Fritos awful bad flavor. Old food was served at the buffet. Fruit no flavor. No mangos cut come on this is Mexico. Water in pool cold we could not swim. So ridiculous price for getting so little. We will never return and don’t recommend it.
