Stayed there for 6 days with my 5 kids. Everything is well kept and clean. Fairly new building. Kids loved the pool it was kept clean. Got the 2 bedroom, rooms were spacious, with 2 sets of full washrooms and tvs in every room and living room. There’s a full kitchen and fridge so that was great to be able to cook breakfast there before leaving for the day. Close by to a 7/11 right beside the hotel as well as other shops and a laundry mart. We rented a car so there is a fenced garage as well for free use with the hotel. You just have to let them know when you’re leaving and coming back they open 24 hrs. We enjoyed our stay at Heaven Hotel and would recommend for families, as it is more away from the young party life hotel strip.

The property was in an easy location to find safe parking was right at kerbside and very safe. Love to stay there again

It was a wonderful place to stay. We feel safe and the staff were very nice. It was quite and next two big resorts. We stayed there five days and use the kitchen to cook our food.

The Heaven Hotel was such a gem of a find. We chose it because of its close proximity to Ocean Riviera Paradise, where our family were staying. We rented a car and could pick up our family in 2 minutes, it was only 10-20 minutes maximum to the shopping and dining of Playa del Carmen. The hotel was nice and clean and new. The “room” was perfect, 2 beds, 2 baths and a small kitchen. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. There is a plaza right across the street with food choices. There is a pharmacy in the building. It was absolutely perfect. Only 1 complaint I have is the size of the water heater. It was hard to have a completely warm shower. It wouldn’t keep me from coming back though.

The property is really nice and modern. There is a very convenient 711 across the street. It’s close to the main road (307). You can’t get lost. I also enjoyed the onsite parking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The only thing I didn’t like was the limited amount of hot water available when taking a shower. The hot water lasts about 2 minutes then it’s a cold shower. They must have small water heaters. But it’s a minor inconvenience. The elevator was operational while we were there.

This place was perfect for our plans, it is very spacious, clean and with all services. Very close to the main high way though far enough to be a quiet and nice place, there are few small shops and restaurants in the area for a quick snack, dinner, drinks, coffee and even a pharmacy. Few things that could be improved: - we came late and had to wait over 20 mins at the reception for someone to come and do the check in. - when we left, we were told they will check the room to give the ok, first time i am told when leaving a hotel, though i understand, it would have been nicer to ask first how was the stay and how we liked it or even to say hi instead, it was a weird feeling. The person later explained this is a regular practice. I would suggest the personnel is trained to explained this when people are checking in instead, to add, it will not hurt to ask the guest how was the stayed as they leave, prior to drop the "we will check the room first". Overall we liked the place and we would definitively stay again and recommend it.

The property is nice and in a good location, but it needs better maintenance. The elevator is out of service and the hotel was not accessible. we were traveling with an elderly woman and being here was difficult for her. The sheets were ill fitted for the beds, they were too small.

Very nice hotel, cleanliness, friendliness and location were great for price. Quiet location but easily accessible to dining, beach and shopping. The only complaint would be that the elevator was out of order when we were there but they explained the part they were needing would take a month to come in from Mexico City, also their hot water ran out quickly. Loved being able to wash and dry my clothes with the available washer/dryer machine in the room. Room size was large, very clean and housekeeping did excellent job cleaning when we requested it to be done. Would recommend to my friends and family, we felt safe and comfortable with the surroundings, good tacos just around the corner, having the 7eleven on the corner was very convenient. Would gladly return!

Had a great stay, the staff were helpful and kind and the place was clean and quiet. Great place for families, and those looking for a quiet place to stay away from the loud busy downtown playa del Carmen. There is a beach not far down the road too, and the pool is nice.
