We were out in the new phase and the restaurants and parks were fantastic, but I have nothing nice to say about the staff or concierge service...so I will say nothing else.

Room service is terrible and room was not cleaned daily. Also they never restocked the mini bar even after asking to have it refilled. The restaurants also ran out of food and we were turned away. Too many people not enough staff.

The rooms are very nice, however, we were staying the phase 2 of the hotel where construction occurred. One thing to be informed of before visiting the hotel is the reservations for restaurants. We went expecting to reserve restaurants the week of our trip, but every restaurant had been fully booked for at least a week. The only restaurants we were able to eat at were the phase 2 restaurants right when they’re opened. I recommend if you want to eat at any popular restaurant, book at least a month in advance.

What else can you expect from a 5 diamond hotel but the absolute best, and they delivered! From the most beautiful and well kept grounds to the restaurants, parks and pools. Everything blew us away. I’ve had the best dishes here. We wake up to a view of exotic birds and monkeys from our balcony. This will hard to top.
