I took my mom and sister to this resort for their 1st Mexico trip. We gotta say, we really enjoyed this resort from the fast check in to all the fun activities. The staff really outdid themselves with their friendly upbeat personalities and made it very welcoming. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were amazing. We were never without at this resort.

The property was nice,the staff was kind and helpful. I did order water bottles to my room and they never showed up. We had an issue wirh the tv and again no one showed up. Kendal from the entertainment team was lovely, so energetic and fun, all the bar tenders were lovely. . At check in they were not clear on restaurant bookings or the privledge pkg, and were juat told to download the app. When we booked on expedia it indicated thst we had vip access but they said that we were not, we were not given an option for the privilege pass either.

The property was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of our visit was the Japanese restaurant—it was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh and delicious.

We had a Fabulous time at Ocean Maya Royale! We stayed here 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and also to rest and relax. Ocean Maya Royale exceeded our expectations! They also were very thoughtful and left a cake and a birthday card as a surprise! We'll certainly be back!
