I liked the linear layout of the property but that’s about it. Everything was broke and took multiple calls to get assistance. The buffet was some of the worst food that we ever had. On top of all the bad stuff was the crazy prices like $10 for a small bottle of water and $15 for one chap stuck.

Ocean Riviera Paradise was truly amazing!! It’s soooooo worth it to upgrade your stay to a privilege guest. We received so many complimentary amenities and out butler, Ariz, provided exceptional service from start to finish! Even when we didn’t ask for anything, she checked in to offer her service and educate us about everything we had access to. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful property!

We stayed in the El Beso area, and it was a great experience! There were plenty of dining options, and the food quality was good overall. While the self-service restaurant was average, the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff were very polite and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a great value for the price!

We recently returned from one of the best vacations, it was incredible! Ariz our butler for the week took care of everything making our stay effortless and so relaxing. Sorely and Jennifer added to our stay helping with our addition requests & making every moment that much more special. Highly recommend this resort, you won’t be disappointed!

This property is a beautiful gem! Upon arrival, the staff was extremely hospitable! It was very easy checking in , in which we waited on the beach until the suite was ready. Everything was so clean and the double floor suite was mind blowing. Staying in Eden we got the best of both worlds. Nestled between the beach and beach front pool along with the pool on the side we could pick and choose what vibes we wanted. Each day new sheets were put on the bed, floors were swept and the bathrooms were cleaned! Each morning concierge called to ask if we needed anything or to make reservations for dinner. We utilized the gym every morning which was filled with every single type of equipment needed! The buffet was a delight for breakfast and dinner if you needed back up plans outside of the wonderful restaurants. The variety of cuisines offered made it easy to stay on the resort needing nothing. We felt extremely safe the entire stay and enjoyed having water sport excursions right at the property. The entertainment aspect was amazing from party’s at the pool, to the theatre, bowling, hookah bars, and outside festivities. The resort was not over ran with people and Playa Del Carmen is less touristy in terms of being a relaxing destination. We rate it 10 out of 10!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Riviera it was our first and wish we could have stayed longer. Ariz, our Butler was amazing, she was very professional and was on top of all our needs and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We will differently be back.

Paola was wonderful and accommodating at check in. The food was fantastic and definitely the best part. Privilege is a must as you get access to the entire property. Butler service is nice as well. Definitely a worthwhile stay.
