We had an amazing stay, we book the privilege suit which was we’ll work it and our butler Ariz was amazing. She took care of all our reservations and even helped us plan our little spur of the moment trip over to Cozumel. The food was amazing and we enjoyed all the activities they did throughout the day. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Staff was super helpful upon arrival & during our entire stay. From the lobby staff to the dining staff and then service staff around the pool and around the property- all friendly and kind. Only downfall is that there isn’t easy access to the beach but the plenty of pools make up for it :).
