The Hotel was ok. Food was ok, beach had lots of sea weed. The entertainment was not good, everything closed at 11pm no adult entertainment for an adult hotel. Would not stay there again.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. The resort is not overly large so it’s easy figure out the layout quickly. The restaurants are all very good for an all inclusive resort. The employees definitely go out of their way to ensure you get what you need and it’s obvious they take pride in their work. Danny and Manny will definitely keep you entertained poolside and Jose will keep the drinking flowing. They do have some areas that need improvement, the bathrooms in the rooms need a major update and the pool needs a good cleaning. The pool is not filthy by any means just needs some general cleaning. Also don't forget to tip your bartenders, services and room attendants. These people work hard and deserve to be appreciated.

The staff was very accommodating especially the servers at the pool (Ramon). All of the guess that I spoke to had the exact same experience with this guy. Outstanding!!! All of the staff were very helpful polite and attentive. The rooms were very clean and the food was very good at all of the restaurants and the buffet.

The hotel workers are super attentive and do everything to make you feel excellent, not a single complaint from the tremendous team of hotel workers. They need to work on how to provide a better option for customers to park a car. It is very frustrating, the parking payment system does not let you pay for more than 4 hours and you must pay from 10 am to 10 pm, on the other hand, the food in the restaurant Buffet needs more variety, I was there for 8 days and always the same food, for seafood there was only fish, in the a la carte restaurants a small lobster costs 70 dollars, which I think is super overpriced.

This is a good choice if you want to stay close to the center of Playa Del Carmen but still in an all-inclusive resort.

This resort is much bigger than I thought and the food was very good. I felt like the staff made it special. I did have one issue on my 60th birthday which was not cool. You are told you cannot hold lounge chairs but apparently some can. I asked a staff member who agreed there were no personal items just a towel thrown across two lounge chairs. He said we could have those and sure enough an entitled lady pitched a fit and our personal items were moved. Either stick to your own rules or don’t stress them at all. This almost ruined my birthday that day, staff did try to make up for it very nicely but still wasn’t right.

I came here with my siblings we are all around 20-30. We had a great time at this hotel. The events they had were fun and entertaining. The staff were superb. The room was clean and spacious. Pool was awesome! Very big and kinda deep. The beach wasn’t the very best but you can walk a few min away to get a better beach where there is less rocks. The Italian restaurant was my favorite, highly recommend the chicken parm from there! The location is great lots of shopping a few streets over. There’s a nightlife area that’s really close as well. Definitely would want to stay here again.

Staff was so sweet & always so helpful! Food was good & location was amazing 10/10. The beaches are not too far, 5th avenue was a blast & there was also touristic shops all around. The pool was amazing, only down thing would be the beach but I know they are cleaning it up right now. I loved my experience here!

Great property, the work they do to keep the seaweed off the beach is incredible, never ending job. Food great. Staff great. Room with ocean view INCREDIBLE! My only complaint was one of there staff in the sales dept. Was a bit pushy, i didnt want to sit through there presentation. The next day saw him again and he wouldn't say hello. Management needs to retrain that guy.

An excellent place to stay, especially the first time you're in the area. The staff were fantastic and treated us well during our whole stay. The pools were great, especially the upper one with the swim up bar and attached sushi restaurant.
