A Great week in Playa Del Carmen
This hotel was a great place for our family of 26 to stay during our week long vacation. The staff was great. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! The 2 bedroom room had full kitchens and 2 bedrooms. They were clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Rooftop pool was nice.

The room didn't had shower curtain nobody ever came to put one we wasn't in the room for much because we was always outside doing activities and the room temperature always was lock I had to call everyday so they can unlock the thermostat so I can change the temperature .The staff was all amazing

Fun Family trip
We spent 7 nights here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast each morning was excellent variety and very good. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Would recommend highly. Only downside is you need to have transportation to get to Playa Del Carmen. No walkable streets near by.

Instalaciones bien, pero Alimentos muy poco nivel.
EN general muy bien en las instalaciones, pero hay un tema importante: el desayuno deja mucho que desear, ha bajado muchísimo la calidad de los alimentos. Y por cierto los jugos de naranja que ofrecen saben a plástico, son demasiado artificiales.
