Home away from home.

I felt our stay was above average. But our AC unit was a bit noisy and the room we were in wasn't soundproofed from outside sounds. Sometimes it sounds like someone was trying to open our door. Sucks if you're paranoid which we weren't. However, the kitchenette was a welcome surprise: there was a two burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. No ice machine but there was a tray available to use bottled water to make ice. All of the staff were immensely helpful and accomodating. ATM on site for MXN and USD was a massive plus! Breakfast was great. There was slight variety daily but ensure that you go before 9am it get crowded. Also, there is limited parking in the garage underneath the hotel. If you are a nightowl, will be parking in the parking lot and have to endure a decent walk to the lobby. We would stay again. The pros outweighs the cons.

Safe! Cameras everywhere and a safe box in the room, I found this relaxing knowing you can leave and find everything where you left it. Parking! Great breakfast with attentive staff for that matter and for anything else. New and fresh modern everything feels good and smells good always clean. Whoever runs this place knows what they are doing. The service approach and care you’d get there doesn’t fall short from 5 stars hotels. If you want a nice comfortable place quiet top quality of material used in building this place, Everything looks great and feels great, I highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The property was exceptionally quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and equipped with full-service kitchens, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Additionally, the availability of laundry facilities was a huge plus, especially for those who prefer to travel light. Breakfast each morning was warm and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. As someone who enjoys walking, I found that the 30-minute walk to Playa del Carmen was quite manageable, though it's worth noting that this is the only way to access the beach. Unfortunately, there isn’t a closer beach access, which would have been more convenient. While I wouldn't personally want to stay directly in Playa del Carmen due to the busy atmosphere and nightlife, the hotel's location worked well for me. The area around the hotel has a mall and grocery store nearby, making it easy to grab necessities. Taxis are readily available, and the MTS adventure brokers within the building are a great resource for planning excursions. While I would have preferred the beach to be a little closer or perhaps a walking trail through the nearby golf course, overall, my stay was enjoyable and met my needs. I would stay again.

Served breakfast. Had a gym. Full kitchen in the room. Facilityto do laundry. All of the staff were fantastic. Only issue was the distance to 5th Ave, which was a 2 mile walk one way or $10 for a taxi. Overall a great place to stay. I would stay here again.
