We booked the Chairman Sky Suite for my wife’s 40th birthday—traveling as a family of six—and expected a premium, white-glove experience. Unfortunately, the resort didn’t deliver. Check-in took 45 minutes. Our butler gave a brief tour, promised the room by 3pm, then vanished. We didn’t hear back until I asked other staff. When we got into our suite, we were told the TV didn’t work and would need to move. We packed, then were told to stay—only for the TV to keep glitching. We couldn’t order room service through it and had to text our butler instead. Before the trip, I asked the hotel to arrange something special for my wife’s birthday. The butler had no idea and missed the promised time. She didn’t receive anything until turndown service at 6pm—an unfortunate letdown. The butler service was reactive, not proactive. We expected help with dinners, chairs, and activities—but often waited hours for responses. For the last 3 days, our master bathroom smelled like sewage. We reported it, but nothing was fixed—no follow-up or credit offered. The kids loved the pools and water parks. Dinners were decent, though activities felt underwhelming. But for the money we spent, the service and attention to detail didn’t match what was advertised. This resort has potential—but the execution fell short and didn’t live up to the luxury vacation we paid for.

Nothing too special, have definitely stayed at better. Water park and slides were fun for the kids, though their signs at the pool advertise they are open until 7 and closed at 5. We also had to request maintenance twice during our stay and there was no way to inform housekeeping that we were away from our room. We frequently were unable to access our room due to a dead door battery or housekeeping. We also struggled getting a high chair for our daughter, often having to feed her in a stroller or on our laps. Food was decent, but traditional large resort food. Nothing too special. The resort is huge and we ended up with a room next to the diamond club area (which we weren't) and had to walk to the complete other side of the resort for everything. Also the "timeshare" selling was ridiculous, especially when we were facing an issue with our room and they insisted on trying to sell us instead of help us. Overall, wasn't a bad stay, but we ultimately decided we aren't looking to go back.

This resort is amazing! It is very clean and all the staff are very kind and helpful. The food at the restaurants was delicious especially mexican and the steakhouse were the favorites. Avoid the Buffet if possible the food was not that great at the buffet. This hotel is very family friendly . More than enough activities for everyone and the nightly entertainment was fabulous. I also loved that because I booked through expedia I had my own concierge to help me with reservations or anything I needed. Definitely a great experience.

Upon arrival the hotel was very hot! We purchased 3 of the swim up suites and were expecting top tier service at the beginning of our stay. I told the front desk that we wanted to keep the surprise of the type of room from our parents since this was their first time at an all inclusive we wanted to make it special. They then chose to ignore me (the person who booked it all) and ask for the parents to go first during check in. They mess up the names of the people who are staying in each room and we had to redo all the room keys. We spent over an hour staying in the diamond lounge trying to get everything situated correctly and the names were never changed our entire stay. My wife and I were going to surprise our family upon walking into our room that we were pregnant for the first time and we walk in to our room and it was extremely hot in there too. After all of this frustration we decided to not tell our family and prolong the celebration. This was also my birthday weekend and they ended up sending gifts/celebratory things to my mother’s room instead of mine since the names were messed up. We then went to the sports bar just to grab a bite where it was also VERY HOT and in order to get food it was going to take an hour… this was probably the worst first day I’ve ever experienced especially after spending so much money at this resort. BEWARE of the PRIME Team trying to sell you timeshare for 90 minutes of your time, with a limited time at the resort.
