I love that it’s in a quiet neighborhood and so close to the beach and 38th. The decor of the units and the rooftop are well designed. The front desk staff and the bar staff (great drinks and food) are friendly and very accommodating.. I also thought the massage services were one of the best I ever had! Only complaint is the daily cleaning staff was sometimes absent/missed.

Not like last year but love it just the same.
Been to this hotel last year and everything was amazing. This year though you can see that the place needs a little love. Its starting to look tired. Missing and broken tiles in pool, sofas are dingy, as are the bath towels and mine were ratty looking threads hanging all along bottom. Pool area used to have someone to set up sun umbrellas for you, now you have to fetch one yourself from the storage area and set it up which,the umbrella itself isnt heavy but try moving those heavy bases in which they go into. Yikes! So all in all nothing major but it's adding up. I hope it doesnt continue to decline as the location, staff and the look of the apartments are great.

Nightmare of a stay while pregnant
Absolutely horrible stay here for my baby moon. We checked in and as we were going to bed on night 1 we found a blood stained pillowcase. Then there was a note left behind right next to the phone from the previous guests which tells us that the cleaning crew didn’t even come near the phone and definitely didn’t wipe it clean. We stayed during the hurricane and there is a window pane that is not sealed properly so the curtain blew all night while the rain poured into our condo. The front desk told us they had no other rooms yet the hotel looked half empty. We lost power due to the storm which I understood but 48 hours later, when every hotel around us was up and running, we still had no AC and no running water. It was an absolute nightmare being 21 weeks pregnant without being able to flush the toilet, shower, wash your hands, and sleep comfortably. They kept saying they would look into bringing me a fan but never did or got back to me. We also had to constantly ask for toilet paper. We ultimately decided to skip our last night and stay at a hotel near the airport because we couldn’t bear it anymore. This hotel is poorly run and their response made our experience even worse.

A new fave !
I stayed at this location for over 3 weeks. I had the opportunity to stay in 4 different residences. I love the clean lines and decor of all the rooms. Everything was always very clean and updated. Close to beach, 5th, and 7/11. The roof tops 3 pools were clean, and there was a bar. Breakfast was available for a fee. It was ok. For the most part do not expect hotel concierge type services. Expect serviced apartments, which I prefer. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The kitchen was well stocked and I cooked a lot. The only downfall was due to heavy rain the elevators were shut down for an extended time. Although for me this was difficult due to health issues, my room attendant Angel and the desk agent Isial (?) Went out of their way to accommodate me. They moved my luggage, checked on my safety, and really took great care of an older tia alone. I recommend Singular they spoiled me and are now my New Favorite in PDC. Book it!

Nice looking place with lots of problems
The elevator was broken all 5 days….the pool and restaurant are on the roof so you need to walk up over 100 steps to use them! The air conditioner is crazy loud, making it difficult for my wife to sleep. Upon check in there was broken glass on the veranda. And the coffee cups they provide literally cannot be used with the coffee maker they provide ( too tall)

Overall it was good but the face they don’t even provide you with a bottle of water. It’s terrible. That’s one of the most basic things any property will provide. no access to vending machines or any other way to be able to get something to drink or a snack.
