This resort was excellent! Every staff member was super friendly and always anxious to assist with whatever our needs happened to be. The resort grounds and the pool areas were pristine. Our Junior Suite was in excellent condition and very clean. The food options around the pool areas was outstanding. The only thing I would change would be having the buffet open for an evening dinner option. Great vacation.

This is an amazing resort where the staff treats you like you’re the only ones there. Bramdon, Ana, Roger and our building consierge were all AMAZING and made sure we wanted for nothing. The property is large and it is easy to navigate. The event staff has a very busy itinerary for all of the guests. The main pool is an area of focus for most daily activities. Be sure to claim your lounge chair early in the day. The beach is also a very busy area but it is more relaxed. Don't worry about going hungry, since there is always food available. If you ever have a question, the staff, which is very pleasant, will accommodate your every need. This is definitely an all inclusive property that I highly recommend.

We travel to the Cancun area often and love Secrets. This was our favorite property in the Cancun area so far. Everything was beautiful and well cared for, the food was excellent, the staff was so attentive, and they had the best gym I have ever seen in a resort. There were extra touches that made our stay special like music outside on the breakfast patio and the restaurants accommodated special orders. They go above and beyond to make your stay special!
