Excellent place
Second time selecting this Hotel. It is located in the area we enjoy the most in Playa del Carmen. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. We enjoy the swimming pool and the dancing event one of the evenings. We will definitely look forward to our next visit in Serenity.

Amazing epic STAY
What an epic stay. We had the best check in - even though we were wildly early. Had acess to the rooftop pool and bar. Reception was accommodating - stored bags - had a change room for pool. - bartender on the roof for three days - CHARLIE! I work in hospitality and Charlie is the best of the best. - the room. WOW - just WOW. I can’t say enough about it. Felt pampered One - and the only one con. There were no wash clothes for the kitchen : so I did use a face towel to wash plates etc. (also no dish soap) And in the bathroom had face towels. We got charged for soiled towels. I won’t disagree there were stains - but we were charged $80 CAN - and bathroom towels … I’m a women washing my face there may be makeup left over 😳 Over all 100% stay at this place what a hidden gem

The restaurant is only open for breakfast. So claiming to have a restaurant is misleading. It was loud, motorcycles riding up/down street at all hours of the night revving their engines.

Hotel was pretty good. Friendly and helpful staff. However hotel was pretty hot if you were not in your room. Last night hotel was running on a generator so the whole suite was hot.

Hotel had everything we needed. 2 restaurants , roof top pool and bar. Great staff and service was excellent. Few blocks to beach and a tin of restaurants with in 5 min walk.
