Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. What drove me out of the hotel and find another one was when we had no running water. That was the cherry on the top. NO RUNNING WATER

Stayed for two weeks in February and very much enjoyed our stay. We like to walk and did not use a taxi once. Bus terminal from airport is only a 15 minute walk. The Mega (Soriana) grocery story is very close. Juan Carlos at the front desk was very helpful.

Very beautiful rooms, pool and game room areas.The only thing is that even though we booked ahead of time we got the last bedroom available, which was on the main floor. It was very noisy, and without windows. The room was fairly clean but the kitchen accessories weren’t and the sink had hair. Other than that it was a nice location, and they offer to hold your luggage for 24h if you need to.

Put me in the room right by the entrance, says no room to exchange, noise over the night was insane people coming and going out. Stain on the bed sheet, hair found. 0 help to get refund. I just checked myself out when i booked for 3 nights. Dont recommend

There is no peace and quiet to be had at this hotel! Doors banging, paper thin walls, contant construction and dogs barking. Got woke up every morning by my neighbor making their smoothie! Its also not very clean, I don't think they changed the bedding before I got there. There was dried blood stains on the pillows and the sheets and towels were stained. The pool area is beautifully done though and I did love the area (minus all the construction). Close to ADO bus station, Walmart and other grocery store. Lots of cool local bars, restaurants and café.

Great value and enjoyed my stay, would recommend! Pros: the location is good, maybe 10 minutes to the beach/5th ave, 2 blocks to Mega, 6 to Walmart. Good, well priced restaurants. The staff were all friendly and exceptional at keeping things clean. Cons: Electricity was down for 1 day, as a planned outage but it was okay, I just escaped for the day, however the elevator remained out of service the following day which was painful (6 floors up). I enjoyed the kitchen but it would be nice to have some basics like oil, salt and pepper, plastic cups for the pool. The hallways and elevator do not have AC so it gets very hot as they are not ventilated. Overall, great value for the price.

The hotel was perfect. Very clean and new Close to everything. The public beach was less then 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Mega mart and wal mart really close. Roof top garden was awesome. I will never go to a all inclusive again.

I went to this hotel with my family, and I think my daughters were then only kids there. But everyone was great, the staff is friendly and helpful. It has restaurans, bars and grocery stores 5-10min walk. Socorro was who took care of our bedroom being clean, and Also Mary y Diana. Very nice ladies! I would go back!

Firstly someone went through my stored luggage in their “secured” area and stole my Bluetooth speaker and didn’t even bother zipping my luggage back up all the way. No checkin instructions or how to connect Wifi - drunk noisy guests going in and out of rooms and yelling in stairways at 12-3am

Loved the location of Sofia and the pool. We stayed two nights. For longer stays I'd want a bit more spaceand amenities. It can be noisy in the hotel and outside, but that's typical. All in all, a good value.

The condo was conveniently located near many restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was very helpful. The only challenge is that it can be very loud at times. The noise from other rooms echoed so bring ear plugs to get a good nights sleep.
