The property is well situated within Playa Del Carmen. Being on the the beach was amazing, having breakfast or lunch seconds from your room was great. I would definitely stay again.

This is a boutique hotel with a Fantastic location!! On the Beach and a block away from 5th avenue. The have a restaurant on site that transitions into a beach bar (on the beach) called the Sand Bar (I think). The deck 5 Sky bar give a beautiful view on the ocean. Bathrooms @ the lobby were nasty , not toilet paper . Housekeeping forgot to give us toilet paper and the receptionist said she didn't have extra paper. Beautiful hotel, nice access to the beach and nice view from the room. Did not get a sheet change during all stay, how i know? there were 3 little blood stain on the beeding that stayed there during our whole stay. Other than that, would recommend and visit again if i ever go to PdC.
