The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! I loved the whole aesthetic especially in the main breakfast dining area and Asian restaurant. The rooftop pool was beautiful as well. I loved the DJ, food, and entire vibe up there that went on all day even in the rain. The rooms were clean, spacious, and lovely to look at. I especially enjoyed the shower and balcony. Oh and the welcome snacks & champagne were a special touch as well! The staff was so warm, helpful, and accommodating we couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is in walking distance from the beach and lots of dining and shopping options. We enjoyed our meals and drinks and they made it very clear what was included with the all inclusive! The Asian restaurant was our favorite. Would ABSOLUTELY love to stay here again! The spa is gorgeous, hopefully we can try it out next time.

Great experience! Second time staying here and we really like it, the only thing we don’t like much is the food options. Other than that the staff is great and super friendly and love how close it is to Quinta Avenida which is where everything is.

We loved the Reef 28 so much, we cancelled our last night in Cancun, to come back to the reef in Playa Del Carmen. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and right in the center for shopping, beaches, dock, restaurants bars, nightclubs, etc. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Valet parking if you drive. Rooftop bars and pools are beautiful with beautiful views of the city and ocean. Best place to stay in Playa del Carmen and all of Cancun.

The property was very well maintained and had multiple restaurants and bars. Food was generally good. Service was outstanding. Two people in particular stand out; Anel ("wonder woman") at the rooftop bar and Abraham at the main floor bars. On my first day I was alone, and these two made my experience memorable and wonderful. Their service and friendliness was way above the call of duty, and made my time very enjoyable. Also Samuel, Alex, and Francisco at the rooftop and Daniel at the Mexican restaurant bar were great!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. The restaurants were delicious. I did find myself waking up in the middle of the night due to noise from the bar across the street. My room was cleaned and pretty but had a moldy smell.

not a good location if you want relaxation, the property is located right across a bar that plays loud music all the way until 2/3 AM. the upside is that it’s a short walk from the beach. the hotel will try to persuade you to pay for a day pass to the sister properties with a shuttle; which is a short walk away- when in reality it’s for you to go tour a timeshare. the food is delicious in the mexican restaurant, the asian is bland. service is hit or miss, i was lucky with certain servers who were top notch then there are some who don’t even pay any attention to you.
