Noe is a bartender at the property, he is at the swim up bar, he is the best bartender we have ever had! Very kind, was very talkative, and had a great personality! He was also very respectful! The whole entire time he had a smile on his face, and would jump at the opportunity to help anyone! He definitely made the experience great!

I liked the pool area and the Japanese restaurant. Orozco in the Japanese restaurant was amazing. Francisco at the mexican and Italian restaurant was absolutely the best. The bad things consist of paper thin walls that you can hear people in other rooms all-night long. The restaurant selection was ok at best which most AI's are lacking since covid. Overall i would rate the stay 5 outta 10

Great location. Close to Fifth Avenue and some great restaurants. Pool was very nice. Easy to get around. Everything was close to the rooms. Drinks were good. Food wasn't amazing. They did not care about food allergies. Milk and milk alternatives were mislabeled. Food sat out for a while. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Some of the employees were amazing and helpful. Some did not make custom service a priority.

Reef Coco Beach is a GREAT all-inclusive. It’s smaller than the huge places but that’s what we liked. The food, staff & resort were great. We’ll definitely recommend it to friends and plan to return!! Thank you Reef Coco Beach!!
