The St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya offers 124 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature down comforters. 55-inch Smart televisions come with cable channels.

Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with rainfall showerheads, bathrobes, slippers, and hair dryers. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 250+ Mbps (good for 3–5 people or up to 10 devices)). Additionally, rooms include espresso makers and blackout drapes/curtains. In-room massages, change of towels, and change of bedsheets can be requested. 5 outdoor swimming pools are on site along with a private beach.
The onsite spa has 8 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and facials. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including Ayurvedic and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam.

The spa is open daily. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Step outside to unwind on the white sand beach. You'll be playing in the surf in no time with a free ride on the hotel's complimentary beach shuttle. Hit the beach and work on your tan in the sun loungers (chaise longues) or relax in the shade with cabanas (surcharge) and umbrellas. At The St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya you can cool off in one of the 5 outdoor swimming pools and indulge in a pampering afternoon at the full-service spa.
