We didn’t find out until arrival that the main house was not available due to ongoing A/C issues. Therefore we were placed at the Beach House. Our room was average at best and pigeon's woke us up daily around 6am.

I wouldnt stay here again, but location is great and very convenient. Eating out was the best desicion, since the food at the hotel was not the best. Only had one elevator working the time we were there.

Excellent location, right at Quinta avenida where all the clubs and great restaurants are, also walking distance of the beach. The breakfast was amazing and pool on the terrace also great. Room was spacious, bathroom and shower super luxurious and the bed really comfortable. We also booked the shuttle service from the airport, which was Excellent, we were a big group and the attention Luis gave us was top tier, with beverages and everything. The main issue we had is the air conditioning was a mess the whole time, which made the room super hot and humid or incredibly cold at night i came back sick. Also check-in was more than an hour wait, extremely inefficient for no more than 6 guests in line.
