We had an amamzing stay at the Valentin! First timers and will be returning. The property is so beautiful and it was some of the best resort food we’ve ever had. The pool entertainment is awesome. All around 10/10

This place was magical. The staff are so incredibly kind and fun. Between the beach access, large popular pool and smaller quieter pools, you can really craft your perfect vacation. The on site Martini Bar and Sports Bar offer great pre/post dinner options. All of the restaurants were lovely and offered great variety. The spa was absolutely excellent the massage I will be dreaming about until my next one! Can't wait to come back.

Activities were great. Staff was amazing on-site and off. We meet a few downtown and they recognized us and were very friendly and helpful. I didn't like that you had a dress code for slacks and shoes for every restaurant at dinner. I may want to dress up once, maybe twice but not every night. You need at least one place that is casual every night.

VIM offers the perfect balance between tranquility and fun. You can choose to relax alone in a quiet area or join in on the lively activities. The lush trees and greenery create a serene, natural vibe. The staff is friendly and welcoming throughout the entire property—you truly feel at home. The biggest issue here was the service. With the amount of money you’re paying to be there, I didn’t feel they were very accommodating. No one was really going out of their way to make our stay top notch. Also if you don’t have the Prive package they basically don’t care about you. I would say for a couples trip this would be fine but for a group it was not great.

My husband and I had a fabulous 4-night stay. The food was delicious, well-presented, and very high quality - even the buffet. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. As newbies to the resort, we felt like we were treated as part of a family. We understood why we met so many guests who were on their 3rd or 4th stay. The morning yoga class was perfectly challenging and relaxing, especially when it was on the beach. Plenty of space around and in the pools. Everything about the resort was so well executed and presented - the perfect amount of luxury without being pretentious. We can't wait to go back!
