Staff was Not attentive-especially at Kelly’s bar. Everything was closed by 10pm-

Our room was dirty and outdated . We had sand for toilet water last two days . No one showed us around to help know how to navigate. It was to big of a resort for that . We had no idea how to really use our all-inclusive, which was really sad. The pictures are not what the hotel looks like. It could seriously see some upkeep. The beach was super close and awesome. The 5 pools we found out the 8 were dirty and trash and debri floating for two days before they sorta cleaned them .

No me gustó nada terrible comida muy mala mal servicio toallas, cobijas almohadas. Mal olor algunos meseros de mal humor. No lo recomiendo para nada. estuve 6 noches terrible. Si vienes de Estas Unidos o de cualquier lugar fuera de Mexico, no vengas con expectativas demasiado altas.

We got to the hotel and we tried to do an early check in and the room was not available. They said no problem, we process everything and we were told that we can use all the hotel amenities. We were told come back and your room will be ready, I mentioned the Gold Status in Expedia and was given with a great welcome! An upgrade to Ocean View, Wine with glasses, music in the room (from the TV, and for me it was an excellent touch) late check and none whatsoever pressure to buy any timeshare! The hotel sits in front of the beach, alongside with being able to go from resort to resort, there are many establishments near by that we took advantage. The buffet was good. We went to the pool on Saturday and were greeted by Blanquita! Awesome energy as we did water aerobics! Jose Raul from the buffet place was very attentive all our stay. Of course we were told that if we needed anything to let them know and was given the list of events and the specialty restaurants. It was a great place in which we certainly will come back again! This was our second time staying here. Oh, got the all inclusive and comes with room service, which we did not take advantage as we had activities planned with another group in another place that they were staying.
