I arrived at the Eagle Ford Inn in Floresville, Texas for a state sanctioned Pool Tournament. When I arrived the room they first gave me had someone’s items still in the room and trash in the room. Looked like someone was staying there. I went to the front desk told him what I found. They assured me it was clean. I showed her a picture and she said oh OK let me get you another room. The second room I went into look like it had been cleaned. I went to check out the room And I found two roaches in the bathroom. One underneath the sink and the second one was above the shower on the ceiling. Went back to the front desk and told her what I have found in the room and showed The receptionist, a picture Of what I saw. She said she would immediately call the owner to figure out what to do. I ended up asking for raid so I can spray the roaches as the motel was pretty full. Went to Walmart and bought some raid kill the roaches and make sure the room at the weather and sex in there. 30 minutes later I get a call from the front desk to watch the movie. I explain a roadie packed and have to get to the location for airport terminal and have very little time. The staff was very friendly parking was a little bit of an issue. The surrounding area had construction all around which I understand. But 2 unclean rooms I did Not have high hopes for the third room. The rest of my day was uneventful, but I will not on my next stay choose this motel again.

This was a horrible experience. This place was dirty. They had to change our room several times. The first room we got we walked in and was just dirty nothing was cleaned after the other guest left. The beds were undone and trash was left in there. The second room we got had dirty bed sheets with crumbs under the comforters. The third room was dirty and smelly. It smelled humid and of mold. I asked for a refund and it was denied. Never again.

The price is the best thing about this property, but you get what you pay for. Overall, the room was acceptably clean.There is a tile floor which I like way better than carpet. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. I had to ask for more toilet paper. There was only about a quarter roll in the bathroom. There is no easy chair, couch, or loveseat. If you want to relax and read, it has to be on the bed. On the other hand, you don't have to worry about bedbugs in upholstery. The bed mattress was completely enclosed in a cover.
