Nice Place to Stay in Pleasanton

Was very impressed with the room (1-bed suite). Bed was very comfortable, pillows awesome, and LOTS of room! Staff were very nice and friendly. Free breakfast was standard fare and decent. Only complaint is NO ELEVATORS (3 story buildings)! Not a big deal for me, and luckily I had a small suitcase, but something you should know if you have big/heavy suitcases, have issues climbing stairs, or little ones. Overall, will stay again if I'm up in that area again.

One Nighter

Had a very brief stay but Asked Omar for a table & chairs for dinner guests and when I returned to my room 3 hours later, Omar had the table & chairs all set up for me. Great service!

I loved the property and the room and am rating it so. I am aware that you can’t please everyone and just wish the mattress for the room wasn’t so firm…. Maybe medium firmness mattresses would be a compromise?

Room was clean and quiet, and included a full kitchen and a walk-in closet that really helped avoiding clutter. Breakfast was just ok, and the breakfast room was a bit cold, with overhead fans running even though it was cold outside.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The room had a kitchenette. Surroundings were safe -more in a business like area. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing -they change the main items each day -but a very good spread. Overall a top place to stay in Pleasanton
