I’m traveling at least 2-3 times a year for 10-20 days and appreciate a good place to stay away from home. I have last stayed at this place in 2019(just before the pandemic started). The hotel could do with some remodeling and face lift but it’s only an aesthetic thing. It’s real charm lies in excellent warm service staff esp at front desk. Big thanks to Jaime for helping through room upgrades, Mika, Vanessa and rest of staff for your prompt response to my request. Also, thanks to Jesse(hope spelled correctly) for being so helpful in fixing the problem . I strongly believe a place is just a building without good kind staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks and please keep up the good work..!

The back door was prompt open with a plastic bottle, and couldn’t understand why. Well when it is shut, you can’t get back into building. I complained to the front desk and for four days, their maintenance department didn’t fix it. The key card device didn’t work.
