Deux jours agréables dans un hôtel d'un autre temps. Décoration adaptée à un l'hôtel de sa gamme. Mériterai de meilleures finitions et que le chauffage de la chambre fonctionne correctement au vu des températures extérieures lors de notre séjour (-1°à 2°). Repas et petit-déjeuner corrects du point de vue rapport qualité prix.

Hotel non digne d'un 3*** ; manque d'équipements dans la chambre (écran TV minuscule, pas de bouilloire ou cafetière, articles de toilette non renouvelés, mal insonorisée et éclairage insuffisant). Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus et cher (pas varié, machine à café capricieuse, peu de pain et pas de variété). SPA noté sur le site d'Hotel.com mais indépendant de l’hôtel et en fait à distance et en supplément ! Hotel à proximité du casino, grand parking et restaurant sur place avec menu du jour très accessible.

Rapport Qualité prix excelent
L'endroit est des plus agréable, la restauration est irréprochable (avec un tarif plus qu'honnête). C'est dommage que les chambre soit mal insonorisée, la literie est assez dure (à mon goût). Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour dans cette hôtel que je recommande.

Grand hotel pour curistes au XIXeme dans son jus. Il ne manque qu'Odette de Crecy. Chambres confortables et modernes. Peintures un peu défraichies. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour le restaurant le soir dans une salle superbe Petit dej OK un peu cher. Au total une halte pleine de charme

Un séjour aux Thermes pour bien terminer l'année
Très bon restaurant Menus avec bon rapport qualité prix mais la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur de la description ni du standing apparent de l'hôtel... Pas de mini bar, d'eau, café, thé dans les chambres, pas de produits de soins, seulement une douche... Couvre lits douteux. Déco inexistantes. Personnel souriant et serviable. Et proximité des thermes est un réel avantage.

Etablissement de style.
Bel établissement plein de charme, confortable, mais personnel rare et peu compétent. La chambre qui avait déjà été payé via le site m'a été facturé une seconde fois. Je m'en suis aperçu après. Un rappel a été nécessaire une semaine plus tard, n'ayant toujours pas reçu le remboursement. Grande chambre confortable, très belle salle à manger, en centre ville, accueil sympathique.
