The hotel is top notch, service is perfection, only took away one star as the twin beds werent as comfortable as i expected, otherwise it was amazing, the spa is unreal

No table for diner available at all. Had to make a reservation for breakfast….. when they wanted me to have breakfast, not when I needed to have breakfast as I had an appointment to go to. Poor service, as a guest I had to work around the hotel…. At £600 per night…. It should be the other way around…

Ok but nothing special to give it 5 stars

Not quite sure it meets 5 star standard. Room space is lovely, plush and beds super comfy. Bathroom quite basic but shampoo etc provided. Spa ok but could with refurb now as facilities dated. One if the steam rooms out of order. Large glass door smashed and awaiting repair. Loungers by pool were soggy and stank. Lifts up to the spa all out of order Breakfast was the highlight. Ok hotel but nothing special.

Great service from staff and great facilities. We especially enjoyed the spa and our very comfortable stable room on the upper floor of the hotel with lovely courtyard view. It was my birthday treat and Borringdon even had a card and miniature bottle of gin as a welcome gesture, which was much appreciated.

Beautiful spa and lovely surroundings. Only problem was buying a glass of wine cost £17 for a large glass of ordinary wine. I think these prices are significantly beyond what should be charged.
