Very nice front desk staff. When we first came to our room, the live TV didn't work which was fine but they came to fix it for us.The hot water seemed to go up and down throughout the days. The lobby was beautiful and super clean. They had a great variety of snacks and such at the refreshment area for snacks. We would stay here again.
