Room was very cold when we enter , try to put heat on but couldn't . Phone wasn't working . Went to desk and they did send a service man who fix the problems , Found the pool towels very small to use. . Woman pool bathroom was all back up and unusable . Otherwise we found it comfortable to sleep and enjoyed the pool.

The pool area and room were great. The hallways stunk like someone was smoking a skunk. Very convenient to walk around Plymouth and some great restaurants. The refrigerator in the room doesn’t even have waters so remember to pack some bc if not you’ll be paying at the vending machines.

Was a great stay! We were attending a Women's Conference and everything was really great! The staff are the best. They took such good care of us! Our original overnight room did not have heat and some electricity in the room was out, so we switched rooms no problem. The person at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. There was so much to do as we were right in the heart of Plymouth Center. Great experience!

The pool area especially for kids is great. Front desk staff were helpful and answered all of our questions. Our room was ok. The bathroom definitely could have used some love. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and mayflower 2 and Plymouth Rock.
