Our room was dated. The chair had stains and felt unclean. It was difficult to wash our hands using the bathroom sink b/c the facet spout was so close to the sink basin. The carpet was kinda gross. The AC/Heat control unit was not clean. I felt gross touching anything in the room. Customer service was decent. I didn't complain about the room since I doubt there was much that could be done about it. The pool area was nice as was the splash pad for the kids. Great location adjacent to shopping and dining. Considering the rates for other hotels in the area, the value is okay.

Location was nice. But bathroom wasn’t very clean But mostly there was a dangerous incident. Water didn’t drain well in tub during shower leaving it very slippery. Husband fell in shower hurting his foot a lot and other bruises. Didn’t have car to get ace bandage so asked front desk for ace bandage in first aid kit. No first aid kit! No help only offered to call an ambulance if we wanted. When we checked out was asked if we had a good stay. I said there an issue and she ignored my statement Also advertised bar and meals but no food limited bar hours. Also no info binder in room at all no way to know pool hours or tv stations etc. phone had no way to call front desk. They told us press 0 but no one answered that. Incorrect charge at check out but it was immediately corrected because I saw on my change card. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The room on the 1st floor was damp, furniture in poor condition, mouse trap on the floor, shower curtain had a tear in it. But the ac worked excellent, the bed was comfy, and location was perfect. For being on the same floor and right next to pool there was no noise from inside the room.

We liked the convenience of being across from the waterfront. The hotel was quite expensive for just being an average room. They need to clean a little better. The night manager was extremely rude to me when I stopped by the coffee station to get a few extra creamer for my room. Told me I had to put it back. He made me come over to the desk so he could give me the same amount of creamers I had (several) taken from the coffee station and said, "now put what you took back". I told the manager the next morning, and he said that should never have happened. All guests were welcome to restock when needed to for their room coffee. I stayed there 5 days and spent $1200 there to be talked to rudely by the night staff who was the rudest person I ever talked with.

My granddaughter liked the pool and splash pad. There was a large birthday party in the pool area which took up the whole space and my granddaughter had to try and make space for her to swim. Guest should be notified if there are events such as this happening. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and splash pad and during the week thinking it would not be too busy. The room was DIRTY! With dog hair on and behind the bed. I did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel. The slider did not close all the way and we were on the ground floor. This hotel is fine for very short stays.

The location was convenient to restaurants. The hotel has a gated parking lot, which was helpful. Dan at the front desk checked us in. He was pleasant and helpful when we had a couple of questions.

The location is the best. Right in the heart of downtown Plymouth near restaurants and the Mayflower. What I had a problem with is the fact on check in I was asked do I want housekeeping. I said yes we were there for 3 nights. Not once did it happen. I called when we were going out and again when we got back. Summer price of over $400 per night yes I would have liked housekeeping.
