It was very outdated, all the machines were out of service, or sold out. The front counter guy had his friends hanging out. But it was downtown, so it was convenient

We stayed for 1 night as we were driving to our next destination. I would stay there again. The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was clean and well maintained. WE LOVED THE SLIDE!

Proximity to Grist Mill, pool was nice (quiet), but found it annoying to have to pay extra to use the pool, which was not optional from what we understood (kind of felt forced to use it since we were charged for it). Parking and getting around town convenient from this hotel.

Comfortable room in a good location, no housekeeping unless requested. Bar shut on Mondays and Tuesdays which was frustrating. No complimentary tea or coffee offered other than in the room. Staff did what they needed to

Poorly run, poor customer response.
Customer service was poor. In addition to staying we also had a contract for a pool birthday party. Well, the pool and pool area was super cold that the kids did not want to swim. They also are not allowed to use the hot top or sauna and a parent was reprimanded after bringing her son in the sauna to get warm. It was a mess and I was embarrassed since I was the one hosting. … when I talked to the front desk, after the teens watching over us and enforcing the rules agreed the pool and room temperature is never this cold, the front desk noted that something did ha-pen over night where it was not heating but fine now.. this is untrue. I was not offered any other options or compensation. Just an apology that did it seem genuine. Later after the party we were given money off the party but honestly it was not even remotely enough to feel like there was any real care. Picture shows how cold

Charming with very good staff
Room was very comfortable. Yes it is an older building however they seem to have done a good job to keep it updated. The town was so charming and we will be going back to spend more time and will stay here again.

The bedding was very comfortable. The Inn is ideally located in the town very near to most of the Plymouth attractions and restaurants. We arrived earky and they were able to privide our room at no additional cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Booked this hotel last minute because everything in Boston was so expensive. The clerk that evening was delightful and steered us toward a really nice place to grab a bite. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, room was clean! It’s been updated a bit, but I personally enjoy the rustic charm it still holds. It’s not a 5 star place, but it’s homey and a nice little mom and pop type of inn.
