Great location, friendly & courteous staff, good breakfast spread, and clean & comfy room. Highly recommended. One minor suggestion would be to upgrade the shower door to prevent water from pooling in the bathroom area.

Hotel has a great location and is really convenient. The room was was really comfortable, the shower was powerful and the aircon worked well. The big let down was the parking. I appreciate that the parking is managed by an external company but i dont think Leonardo should be affiliating with it. Its dirty, smelly and dark. The bays are too small and there are pillars and tight corners everywhere making manouving awkward. Oh and the lift is out of order

A quick overnight work trip. Check-in was smooth and quick, and service was good and friendly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade, but overall, a really good stay.

Was a wonderful stay only problem we had was with the key card it took my wife nearly 10 minutes to get in our room and another time luckily a member of staff was around as we was struggling to get in our room. The staff was amazing nothing was to much trouble for them.
